Hi I'm Richard Bryan jr, I have a passion for the culinary arts ,I've been doing it for years, I have work at the China delite restaurant as a assistant chef, my duties included assisting the head chef with preparing quality food for the customers in a timely and professional manner, my passion for the art of cooking forced me to expand my horizon.After China delite I applied for a job at the Grand Bahia Principe Hotels and Resorts, where i was given the job title of a grade 2 cook, my current job description included:food preparation,Ensuring that my food is prepare and presented elegantly to the guests, I also assist in setting the main Buffet,show cooking for my guests which includes grilled foods such as:steak, lamb chop,pork chops grilled lobster,to name a few and pasta,pizza,fried rice.
