Customer service plays a big role in any organization. While working as a National Health Fund Quick prescript customer representative, many valuable lessons were learned to take out with me to the wider society such as: Patience, honesty, punctuality and good communication skills just to name a few. To assist customers with different personalities on a daily basis taught me humility in so many forms. Being considered to be apart of this work experience will prove my skills obtained and also playing my role as a good team member to any organization.
