Good afternoon, my name is Kevin Wilson. Over the years I've managed to accomplish and gained a heart trust certificate in commi chef level 2 and a chef de partie level 3. I've recently registered for a course to gain more experience in the field of food and beverage. Where I would obtain a level 2 heart trust certificate level 2 upon completing. Afterwards I plan to even further my education in the field as a sous chef level 4. I have little to no experience working in the industry but I have strong determination that I will rise to that top and work hard to the industry standards
