I am a hardworking individual, driven by the ambition of being able to provide proper care to my son as my father wasn’t able to do for me. I am determined in getting results both for him and my self. I am a team player, always dedicated to whatever task or job given. I practice to follow up on requests and attend to matters with urgency. If I come across a situation bigger than me, Instead of saying no to a customer I personally take that matter along with the customer to someone I know can assist, and ensure to get feed back. Customer service to me isn’t something you teach, it’s a natural gift that u find in persons who care about the well being of others with genuine, respectful cause, and that is all within me.
