I have over 2 years experience in the baking field. I have experience in making croissant, danish, rolls, french bread just to name a few. I am flexible, willing to learn and also always seeking opportunities to improve my skill. My talent in the kitchen extends also into the preparation of meals. This ability was advanced through formal training obtained at HEART. I fully knowledge about the importance f safety and security as it related to the food industry. My experience as a Galley steward and Buffet runner combined with my other experiences all contributed to me being the hardworking, effective and efficient worker that I am today.
