I am a trained and certified Chef in General Culinary. My training was at the HEART College of Hospitality Services (Runaway Bay HART Academy). I am dependable, time-conscious, results and detail-oriented, a team player and most importantly, SKILLED IN PASTRY. You have found your Chef. For the last year, I have been working with International Cruise Services on board their ships, providing the “Finest Cuisine At Sea” to guests. This involved eight to nine months of non-stop, diligence in Chocolate Carving, Tempering Chocolate, Cake Making and Decorating, Bread and Dough Formation, Dessert Plating and Presentation. Before this, I have had several years of experience working in and around Jamaica, improving and maintaining an exceptionally high quality of service. Having worked on board ships, I have been trained and successful in managing my time well, and also dealing with people of different cultural backgrounds and nationalities.
