I am a 26 year old Jamaican national holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Entertainment and Cultural Enterprise Management. I currently have over 8 years Customer Service Experience at varying levels. Throughout my employment history, the skills that I have honed have allowed me to better understand the expectations of customers and the level or service that is needed to match those expectations. Also, being involved in various areas of the companies I have worked with and contributing to the formulation of new and improved SOPs has been an avenue for me to become a more rounded individual and leader. I am a committed team player who is keen on detail and ensuring not only that a task is performed but also open to exploring initiatives that will enhance and make current processes more efficient.  Finally, I am an innovative and Customer Service driven individual who is interested in not just my own personal development but also that of any organization I'm affiliated with.
