I am Tiffany Guthrie, a 23-year-old who has been working professionally for a period of 2-3 years. My professional working experience was initiated in 2018 when I was employed at eGov Jamaica Limited as a Summer employee in the capacity of a Customer Service Representative. This job provided me with very good experiences in resolving both customer and staff-related issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also assisted with filing, data entry, recording meeting minutes and record keeping. My tenure with this company was scheduled to end in 3 months, after which I moved on to working with Kerimars Auto as a Car Sales Agent and Customer Service Representative. I was the first point of contact for customers whether it was via phone calls or physical interaction. I was also responsible for responding to customer queries, displaying vehicles and providing required information. During this time, I was also a part-time employee with First In Line Jamaica as an Event Support Specialist for which I mostly worked weekends, evenings and nights. I was required to assist with the production and execution of various events in Jamaica. I was then offered a job with Euro Direct Parts as a Sales and Customer Service Representative which I capitalized on. For this job, I was required to sell products and services to customers using solid arguments. I also assisted customers who had complaints and required information. I also assisted with the marketing of the business which was when I got introduced to Marketing. I then moved on to my current job at CariClick Limited where I started out as a Sales Representative for Motor Vehicles and worked my way to the position of The Operations Manager. This position requires me to use a combination of knowledge and skills as I handle the marketing of the company and its products, handling the processing of the sales, generating leads and ensuring the operations of the company run smoothly. I have had extensive experience as a working professional in various areas which has molded my skills and work ethic and has ultimately made me a very effective working professional.
