I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 10years as a rooms attendant and supervisor in Jamaica and overseas , I have worked in various five star hotels such as the Luxury Bahia Principe, The Royalton blue waters Resort, The Magdalena Grand Resort Lowlands Tobago just to name a few and every moment was a heart experience for me I get the opportunity to meet new people learn new cultures while meeting guest expectations and making out guest experience a great one to remember. I take pride in doing my job , I value my job as my job is my livelihood I love working in the hospitality industry ,I love creating that friendly clean atmosphere where our guest can be happy and feel at home with their families and friends and want to experience that awesome feeling every time they decided to vacation. I have also gained other skills and certification in other skilled areas such as early childhood education and childcare, Geriatric nursing as I have worked at a nursing home providing perennial and health care to the elderly and disabled kids and patients, and I worked at a early childhood kindergarten where I helped cared for infants and Toddlers whilst teaching them basic skills. I was awarded a level 2 NVQJ Heart certificate in early childhood education and childcare.
