As a former Air Force Infantry Sergeant I experienced physical, leadership and managerial roles, while discovered my passion for helping others through their physical and mental needs. I’m a fomer bodybuilder too, I’ve won the IFBB Brazilian National Bodybuilding Championship up to 23y, I did 3 years of online coaching and I now I’m switching careers from the military to the health and fitness industry for a life purpose. I'm enrolled in the Elite Personal Trainer Program by ISSA and now I’m a Certified Personal Trainter, specializing in Nutrition and Yoga Instruction. I’m highly motivated to assist individuals in their needs by nutrition counseling and psyhical training through behaviour changing. My education background also holds a Diploma in International Commerce and a Certification in progress in Holistic Psychotherapy. I'm extremely satisfied and excited for making the difference in people's lives gathering physical fitness, mental alertness and emotional stability.
