Born and raised in Jamaica. Reside in the unspoiled and beautiful Parish of Portland, in a little community called Fair Prospect. I always know myself loving the kitchen. My mother taught me to take charge of the kitchen at a young age, that's when I built my passion for cooking and baking and wanted to become a chef. After high school, I went on to pursue my studies in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts Management was my major. Over the years I would search for culinary jobs in my spare summer time in the United States on the J1 program. Every year is new and exciting year for me. My learning has expanded and confidence in the kitchen surely grew. I am grateful for every opportunity I got. Not only I am obsess with culinary but I am a sports fanatic and love to draw and listen music while sitting and imagine myself being the best, well known chef in the world. Today I am graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica with a B.Sc. Food Service Management- Major: Culinary Art Management. I want to now expand my horizon in the Culinary field and to get a job in the beautiful country of Canada. In the future if God's will, I want to open my own pastry company after establishing myself in every aspect I can in the culinary industry.

I believing in working hard and exceed expectations. I am very persistent on getting work done and always make it my duty to get work done before appointed time. I use my time wisely and manage and work under pressure well.
