I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies (Accounting) and I am also a proud member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ).

With more than five years’ experience as an Auditor (internal and external) I am adept in the development and timely execution of audit plans which includes, but is not limited to, the review of existing internal controls and departmental processes for compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations, provision of recommendations to close the existing gaps, training of internal customers on existing policies and procedures, and the review of the Anti – Money Laundering (AML) and Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) procedures. Also, my on-the-job experience has provided me with a well – rounded skill set which includes problem – solving, creative thinking, excellent coaching skills and exposure to Six Sigma principles.
