I worked at a call center for 2 years as a customer service representative where my role was to assisted customers via phone with booking car reservations, hotel reservations, airline etc. I also assisted with bill queries as well as assisting with troubleshooting cable and phone issues. In addition to my work experience I also worked at a fast food restaurant (K.F.C) for over 2 years, where my role entitled serving meals to the customers as well as working as a cashier.
