With the work experiences I've had, I can describe myself as being an organized and goal-oriented person, who is aware of the responsibilities that accompanies the role of leadership.I have worked in a nursing home for the elderly where I have learnt how to be understanding and tolerant in any situation. I have also learnt how to communicate better with persons and how to see things from other's perspective. Additionally, I have done voluntary work at sporting events which have helped developed my organizational skills. I am a good communicator which makes it quite easy to get along with persons.
