I have built my career in this industry by working for many years with various companies , both locally and abroad. While garnering my experience and knowledge, I have also made strides in increasing my level of education earning two diplomas, one Chef Patisserie and the other Chef de Partie. During this time, I have mastered all areas of the kitchen department, with pastry my specialized area. Working at the supervisory level has enabled me to mentor lots of young minds and talents. I possess strong organizational, leadership and motivational skills and is capable of carrying out tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
