We are an online media distribution business that owns and operates subscriber based multimedia content platforms. These platforms distribute digital content such as movies, music, videogames and e-books.


We are currently recruiting for CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS. The prospective incumbents will be responsible for serving customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries, resolving problems and fulfilling requests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Fulfil requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Answer calls and respond to emails
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Route calls to appropriate departments
  • Follow-up customer calls where necessary
  • Identify and escalate priority issues

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call reports
  • Must be able to work on a shift system

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 CXC’s including English A and Maths at Grade 1 or 2
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • A clear and friendly telephone voice
  • Previous chat experience in a call centre environment would be an asset
  • Energetic, creative and able to deliver innovative solutions
  • Superior relationship and influence management skills in interactions with senior leaders and peers
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Must handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail and should possess strong analytic and problem solving skills
