Our full service concierge approach is tailored to guide our clients throughout the entire process, ensuring their expectations are exceeded in the highest form.  Extremely detail oriented, innovative, highly organized and must possess excellent people skills in order to plan and coordinate an event from initial consultation with a client to the actual day of coordination with vendors, ensuring all logistical details are executed.


JOB DESCRIPTION – WEDDING CONCIERGE
- Establish, conceptualize, formulate, analyze and translate the client’s inspirations to fit their vision within a realistic budget.

- Devise a master plan for the seamless and smooth execution, assuring a stress-free planning experience.

- Upsell services to clients to meet sales goal.

- Administer within the contractual agreement the collection of outstanding payments from clients for vendor disbursement.

- Coordinate specific details with concerned vendors assigned to the event.

- Analyze and prepare the required resource for execution prior to event day.

- Prepare checklist, assign staffing for setup, monitor and supervise event production on the day of execution.

- Prepare day of timeline itinerary for the wedding couple & their guest.

- Ensure tear down is complete and inventory checklist items are accounted.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Initialize Pre-Planning

- Connect with clients to get an understanding of their vision

- Discuss the logistics of their wedding, theme, location, colors, timeline

- Formulating client inspirational designs and styles

- Venue consultations where necessary to ensure it’s a good fit for client vision.

- Securing Venues for Ceremony & Reception where applicable.

- Procuring Preferred Vendors for event; photographer, videographer, caterer, officiate, transportation, baker

- Execute Day of Logistics


SKILLS & COMPETENCES
- Excellent time management skills are a must.

- Incredible interpersonal skills are essential and possessing strong follow-up skills is critical.

- Professional and courteous demeanor

- Communication skills are of supreme importance to accurately gather information, delegate instructions to both vendors and fellow team members and to clearly relay information to clients.

- Knowledgeable in design concept, color coordinating and be current with wedding trends

- Managerial skills are of high priority, given the demanding and fast pace nature of the job, must be able to work under extreme pressure as it relates to managing several aspects of the event at the same time on the day of and should be capable of solving unexpected issues that may arise.

- Have a strong knowledge in hospitality, accounting and marketing.

- Literate in Microsoft Office applications
 
WORK SCHEDULE
- Flexibility with working long hours on day of events.
- Must be able to work on weekends when required.
- Must own a reliable motor vehicle or holder of a valid driver’s license.
