Customer Service Administrator

 Location:       Ocho Rios

 Hours:            9 – 5 Monday – Friday

Job Summary:

The vacancy requires a Customer Service Administrator to work in a small busy office in Ocho Rios.  

Main responsibilities include speaking with clients and giving information, either in person, or over the phone, as well as handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Requires someone who is computer literate, with excellent customers service skills and able to maintain a professional manner at all times.


Required qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Associated Degree in Business Management (or minimum two years previous admin/customer service experience)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry/applicant tracking system and strong familiarity with social networking sites
  • Ability to enter data efficiently, timely and correctly
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a busy office with constant interruptions
