CANADA PROGRAM: Sous Chef

 

- Follow recipes on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menu
- Adhere to culinary standards and regulations
- Assist with design of new menu choices based on seasonal ingredients and customer demand
- Track, record and replenish inventory as needed
- Skills Passion for the industry in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Experience preparing comfort cuisine/from scratch cooking
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- High level of creativity and reliability
- Flexible schedule required

 

Compensation:

Salary to be determined with experience

Meal per 5 hour shift provided

Candidates must have a desire to work in a fast paced kitchen and have attention to detail. Please have experience working in a full service restaurant kitchen.

Experience:

Culinary: 5 years (Preferred)
Sous Chef: 5 years (Preferred)
cooking: 5 years (Preferred)
