Leased housing is not provided by the company but is available from private landlords upon request. Please let us know asap if you would like a landlord hold a place in housing for you.  Leased housing is a dorm style complex, with shared bedrooms and open shared living space.  The weekly rent will be in the range of $120.00-$140.00 per week and a one-time deposit of $100.00 which will be returned to you, by your landlord, at the end of your employment period if housing is returned in the same condition as it was upon occupancy.  Rent for housing is collected by the landlord biweekly at our HR office or in a location designated by the landlord.

Your landlord asks for you to bring 2 weeks of rent and your housing deposit when you move in.  If you are staying in this housing we also provide you a free staff shuttle to and from work.  You also have the option to find your own place to stay and transportation to work.

Please Note: A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Wages will be paid every 2 weeks. All deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the work days in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The cost to workers for transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be reimbursed by company check separate from payroll, if the worker completes 50% of the employment period. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.68 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts.

You must already be in the U.S. on a H2B Visa to apply, all other applications will not receive response.
