DESCRIPTION
Premiere Summer Camp for children age 7-16 is looking for a Sous Chef employee.

Duties include:
• Knowledge and experience of large bulk cooking.
• Ability to work long hours on your feet
• Ability to carry at least 40 pounds.
• Experience with kitchen staff management
• Inventory management
• Strong communication
• Great attitude
• Kosher cooking desired.
• Love of delivering simple food at a high level desired.
• Knowledge of Spanish desired but not required.
