Job Title: Customer Sales Representative/Customer Relations Representative 

Location:  Montego Bay, Jamaica

Department: Client Services

Reports To: Client Executive Supervisor 

Salary Range: JA$1,300,000.00 - JA 1,560,000.00 (annual)

Schedule: 40 hours per week (comprised of 4 weekdays and a Saturday) 


Time changes yearly with US EST Daylight Savings Time Schedule 

11 am - 7 pm (2021 Nov 7th - March 13th 2022) 

10 am - 6 pm (2022 March 14th - Nov 6th)

Position Summary: 

 Customer Sales Representatives are the face of the Company and front line support for our clients. 

You’ll utilize the company’s policies, procedures, and training resources to provide the highest quality client support during the sales process and throughout the client’s lifecycle. You embody the professionalism expected of a company that provides health services, maintains positive relationships with clients to ensure results and engages in problem-solving when client issues arise. 


Responsibilities: 

-Manage all general client communications 

-Maintain a high level of call volume 

-  Assist clients with placing orders over the phone 

-Reach out to clients to confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed appointments 

-Process credit card transactions to complete client orders 

- Maintain client records, ensuring they are up to date and accurate across all systems 

-Using Electronic Medical Records System (EMR), book client appointments with the company’s practitioners 

- Monitor and audit practitioners’ calendars 

- Acts as a point of contact for client complaints and escalates issues appropriately 

- Provide coverage for health center staff, open and close health center location as needed, pack and place orders as needed using POS system. 

- Perform location inventory counts as needed and directed by management 

-Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers 

- Adhoc



 Qualifications: 

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 

- Minimum of 1 year related sales/customer service experience 

- Typing speed of 45+ words per minute 

-Exemplary organizational and coordination abilities 

- Strong attention to detail 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment 

- Must be available to work Saturdays 

-Must have reliable transportation year-round in all weather conditions 

-  Must reside within a 30-minute radius of assigned health center 

-Experience working with patients or inpatient care settings is a plus
