Client Executive / Customer Service


Position Summary:

The company is a natural health company with four health centers in New York, one in Jamaica, and clients that order from around the world.
Client Executives are the main point of contact for NuSpecies clients. They are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and engaging in problem-solving when client issues arise.


Responsibilities:
        -  Manage all general client communications
        -  Maintain client records, ensuring they are up to date and accurate across all NuSpecies systems
        -  Using Electronic Medical Records System (EMR), book client appointments with NuSpecies practitioners
        -   Monitor and audit practitioners’ calendars
        -  Reach out to clients to confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed appointments
        -  Assist clients with placing orders over the phone
        -  Process credit card transactions to complete client orders
        -  Acts as point of contact for client complaints and escalates issues appropriately
         - Upload purchase receipts and other relevant documents to client charts
        -  Adhoc


Qualifications:
        -  Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University
        -  6 months of related experience and/or training
        -  Previous customer service experience preferred
        -  Typing speed of 45+ words per minute
       -   Exemplary organizational and coordination abilities
        -  Strong attention to detail
        -  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
       -  Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
        -  Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
        -  Must have positive attitude and be able able to work as part of a team
